If you're venturing by car, the drive from your downtown haven to the airport is a breeze, albeit with a bit of traffic to keep things interesting.
Embarking on your journey to the airport is straightforward. If you're approaching from the south or north, your path leads you along Interstate 95 to the welcoming arms of Route 1 South. Keep an eye out for the airport signs that will guide you on your way. For those in the heart of Boston, Route 1A eastbound is your gateway, merging seamlessly onto Interstate 90 southbound. Signs will beckon you towards the airport, where a dedicated exit unfurls, leading you to the terminals. In a mere 10 minutes, the cityscape gives way to the airport's embrace. For those who prefer to leave the driving to others, the airport's complimentary shuttle service is a gem, linking each terminal with the subway and the Water Transportation Terminal. These shuttles, as punctual as the tides, arrive every five or six minutes.
Logan International Airport is a tapestry of history and modernity, with four main terminals each telling their own story. If you're unable to refuel or chose not to prepay for fuel and are late returning the vehicle, you can return it as is, and we will refill it for an additional service fee.
